Bethlahem College of Education organized a Student Induction Programme (SIP) from 1st to 9th September 2026 for newly admitted student teachers. The programme featured informative sessions on self-awareness, teacherhood, self-care, attitude, time management, self-esteem, and stress management, along with recreational activities. It helped students familiarize themselves with the college environment, build confidence, strengthen peer relationships, and prepare for their academic and professional journey.
